Public Consultation Open - Visit our Virtual Consultation Room

North Channel Wind public exhibition at Glenlough Community Centre, Carnlough, 31st May 2023

The public consultation on the Offshore Scoping Report for the North Channel Wind 1 and 2 projects is now open.

We are currently at the scoping stage of development, and we would like to consult with local communities and other stakeholders to help identify all the factors that need to be considered as we develop the projects going forward.

Public exhibitions were held in Carnlough, Islandmagee and Bangor on 31st May, 1st June and 2nd June respectively.

In addition to the public exhibitions, all the information is available online in our Virtual Consultation Room, via our Consultation Page.

The Virtual Consultation Room contains information and videos about the projects, computer generated visuals (called photomontages) of what the projects might look like, and feedback forms for you to leave your comments.

The closing date for comments during this consultation will be 28th June 2023.

Comments received by North Channel Wind through the consultation will help inform the subsequent environmental impact assessment that will accompany any future application for a Marine Licence to construct and operate the projects.

Your feedback is really valuable because it helps us to improve the Project going forward, so please visit our Virtual Consultation Room.

If you have any questions about the consultation, or to request a hard copy of the exhibition information, please contact fiona.stevens@northchannelwind.com.
