This week North Channel Wind Stakeholder Manager Fiona Stevens had the pleasure of attending Women In Renewables, Renewable NI's annual event to mark International Women’s Day.
Now in its third year, the event brought together over 100 women from across the renewables sector, to discuss challenges, celebrate achievements and enjoy good company.
The audience heard from a fantastic panel of professionals, each an expert in their own field, who spoke candidly about their career journeys, balancing professional and personal life, getting through difficult times and finding strength in trusted support networks, be they family, friends or colleagues.
Credit to Renewable NI for introducing this wonderful event which is, in itself, helping to foster those support networks and drive positive change.
